The HDMZ paid media team develops and executes integrated paid media strategies across a variety of media channels including print (industry trades, popular business, tech) and online (publisher sites, social and display) with an interest in specializing in healthcare and life science industries. This position will assist the Digital Marketing as well, by helping with content marketing, analytics, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate must be analytical and strategic. 

The Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator will be supervised by the Media and Digital Marketing Directors. They will be required to assist in the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of media campaigns, as well as any content marketing/analytics needs. This position is essential to the day-to-day running of the media and digital marketing accounts and requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.



  • Assist in the execution and finalization of campaigns

  • Maintains approved Plans in the corresponding software (BIONIC)

  • Supports Paid Media team with account record keeping including client authorizations, insertion orders, and tracking reports

  • Sends insertion orders to vendors with proper authorization

  • Responsible for finding discrepancies, contacting the vendor and making the required changes in the corresponding software (BIONIC)

  • Monitor campaigns and (over time) identify the variables that can be optimized and execute optimization

  • Develop, propose, implement, and optimize text and banner ad campaigns on a variety of platforms (Google Ads, Bing/Yahoo Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Content, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads) and for Clients targeting a variety of audiences with complex and overlapping needs
  • Responsible for the trafficking and control of creative materials

  • Assist in the development of Media recommendations and take the lead role in the integration of research data, vendor rates and specifications

  • Assists with gathering results and prepare a weekly summary and key learnings

  • Responsible for 3rd party ad server/tracker systems, including campaign set-up, tagging, traffic of creative and the pulling/creation of client performance reports (Google Campaign Manager)

  • Works closely with vendor contacts for optimal negotiation


  • 1-2 years’ experience; preferably some agency experience or marketing-related internship

  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Aptitude for learning new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures is essential

  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

  • Adaptable to change and able to multitask

  • Strong math and analytical skills

  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Able to speak and write clearly and persuasively
